At Pretty on Paper our goal is to make sure that all of our customers are happy by providing them with the highest level of service! If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to nicole@prettyonpaper.com and we will be back in touch within 24 hours!

 

Placing An Order

To place an order, send an email to nicole@prettyonpaper.com with your order request and we will respond within 24 hours, usually less. A proof will always be sent to our customers through e-mail before the order is printed.

 

Delivery Time

All of our items will ship within 5 business days.

 

Shipping Rates

We are always happy to coordinate pick up with our local customers to avoid shipping charges. If you will be picking up your order use the coupon code “local” at checkout.
We offer a flat rate shipping of $6.00 everywhere in the US or Canada. (Note: there is an extra shipping charge of $8.00 on the Personalized Wall Art)

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied based on the location to which the order is being shipped.

 

Gift Wrapping and sending orders to a gift recipient

We are happy to send a gift with a gift message to your recipient at no extra charge. Gift wrap is also available for $4 per gift.

 

Return Policy

Due to the fact that all of our items are created and personalized just for you, we are unable to accept returns. A proof will always be sent to our customers at no extra charge before the order is printed. Of course if there is an error on our part, we will gladly send a replacement that meets your expectations.
