Placing An Order

To place an order, shop on our website or send an email to nicole@prettyonpaper.com with your order request and we will respond within 2 business days.

Delivery Time

All of our items will ship within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Rates

We are always happy to coordinate pick up with our local customers to avoid shipping charges. If you will be picking up your order use the coupon code “local” at checkout.

We offer a flat rate shipping of $6.00 everywhere in the US or Canada.

Sales Tax

Massachusetts Sales tax is applied to all orders being shipped to Massachusetts.  Mass sales tax is 6.25%

Gift Wrapping and sending orders to a gift recipient

We are happy to send a gift with a gift message to your recipient at no extra charge. Gift wrap is also available for $4 per gift.

Return Policy

Due to the fact that all of our items are created and personalized just for you, we are unable to accept returns.  Of course if there is an error on our part, we will gladly send a replacement that meets your expectations.  We are happy to provide a proof to our customers via email for an additional $5.  Just select the “proof via email” option before adding your item to your shopping cart.

Products & Warranties

All monitors display colors differently and we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor will be the colors on your printed products.  Printing on paper products will be the most accurate to what you see on your monitor.  The printed colors on different products may also vary due to different printers, different materials, etc…  For example, our ‘perfectly pink’ color will not appear the same on a clipboard vs a laptop sleeve due to the different types of materials the designs are being printed on.  However, the ‘perfectly pink’ color will appear the same on gift stickers and address labels due to the fact that these are both paper products.  If you are not going to be happy with the fact that your cutting board (tempered glass) is not a perfect match to your iPhone case (hard plastic from a different printer), then do not order them. There is no way to change this due to the fact that these products are different materials.  This is how it is in the world of custom printing and it is unavoidable.

However, we do want our customers to be happy and that is our first priority so if you are not happy with something that arrives, send us an email at orders@prettyonpaper.com and we will see if there is anything we can do.

All iPhone/ipod cases sold on our website have a 6 month warranty.  We understand that your phone is the one item most likely with you at all times.  Due to natural wear and tear, the paint on your phone may chip off over time.  We are possibly the only company out there that will offer a 6 month warranty and will replace your case within 6 months from the original date of purchase.
